Remember Forever

A very vintage creation today - No surprise there!

Here I used a sheet of corrugated cardboard and tore segments off to reveal the texture of the cardboard. I then covered with gesso and added some strips of torn text paper across it.

I used a stencil and applied Gathered Twigs DI through it and dry brushed Chocolate Pudding Fresco paint around the edges of the cardboard.

I used a gorgeous Victorian photograph for the main decoration and glued it onto a card that had been dabbed with Gathered Twigs DI.

A flourish and script stamp was used around the edges in Potting Soil Archival ink and the word 'Memories' was added too.

A little label was edged with Walnut Stain DI and decorated with chit chat stickers that had been dabbed with Walnut Stain DI.

Two ivory roses were dabbed with Walnut Stain DI

.......and some metal embellishments were added.

Rummaging in the scraps box I found some white ribbon that I had covered with a brown DI (no idea what one!) and discarded, so that was used as well!

Thanks so much for visiting! - Hope you like this creation!
