Welcome back to the latest challenge at Try it on Tuesday - We want creations that are about....
Music
A papermache house was covered with a very light brushing of Gesso. Then some music images from Melange tissue was applied. These sadly got a bit lost in all the inking that followed - but you can see it slightly here...
I applied some texture paste through a flourish stencil on the roof.
Then I brushed some Peeled Paint DS over the house before spritzing all over with a variety of sprays...Sometimes I just dried the spray with the heat gun, sometimes blotting with tissue. I used Dylusions Dirty Martini, Melted Chocolate and White Linen and also some Cosmic Shimmer in Patina.
Pewter Treasure Gold was brushed all over and then I added some Tim Holtz metal embellishments and a Making Memories metal word.
I then stamped a music stamp over the house using Black Archival ink.
Come over and share your musical creations with us at Try it on Tuesday - we would love to see them!
Stunning!! Absolutely love how this turned out Laura! The stenciling looks amazing, I thought you had added chipboard flourishes. The whole thing is just beautiful!
